Many people don’t seem to realise how important their credit report is. Some people even advise their children against taking out credit cards since it is the norm that accumulating debt is considered to be a bad habit. Well, the truth is however, to have credit history is important. Having no credit history at all is just as bad as having a bad credit history; in which case, having a bad credit history might even prove to be better than having none at all since financial institutions know that you exist.
